Breast Recon

This 51 year old woman underwent left mastectomy for cancer treatment, and a right prophylactic mastectomy for prevention. She underwent staged reconstruction with tissue expanders followed by LSGAP Love Handle Flaps, and Nipple Reconstruction.

Dr. Rad employs Oncoplasty techniques for women who desire breast lift or reduction at the time of lumpectomy surgery. This 44 year old woman was treated by her breast cancer surgeon with left lumpectomy for breast cancer, and Dr. Rad performed reconstruction in the same operation.

Dr. Rad performs the ‘Top Hat Flap’ method of nipple reconstruction which, when combined with areola tattooing, completes beautiful reconstructive results. This 50 year old woman and professor of nursing underwent double mastectomy surgery and Bilateral LSGAP Flaps. At the final stage of reconstruction Dr. Rad performed nipple reconstruction and Dr. Sherber treated her scars with Laser Scar Therapy.
