Dr. Rad’s patient wanted to enhance her already beautiful features. She wanted to enhance her eyes, and she didn’t like the prominence of her eyes and flatness of her cheeks/midface area. Dr. Rad performed upper and midface hypersculpt procedures involving endoscopic brow lift and elongation, endoscopic canthoplasty (fox eye lift), midface augmentation with Medpor implants and lip enhancement with facial fat grafting. The “after” clips show 2 months after surgery. Results are permanent and continue to improve with time.

“Scarless” V-line Jaw Slimming

This 28 year old woman had 2 prior open rhinoplasties (by another surgeon) and had persistent drooping tip. She also desired a slimmer, heart-shaped face shape. Dr. Rad performed closed revision rhinoplasty and maxillary augmentation with rib graft, V-line jaw slimming and chin shave contouring.

Dr. Rad’s patient felt that her eyes appeared sad and fatigued, and she desired a more uplifted shape to brighten and beautify her eyes. Dr. Rad’s “hypersculpt” approach was a combination scarless brow lift/shaping and canthoplasty. His technique is scarless because he uses a hi-tech device called an endoscope, a long metal tube with a high resolution video camera at the end, which allows him to navigate deep anatomy through tiny incisions hidden in the scalp. Recovery is only a couple of weeks for bruising and swelling to resolve, and this result is about 2 months after surgery. Now she looks bright, alluring, warm and inviting.

This 68 year old woman was concerned about a severe wrinkling, deep nasolabial folds, marionette lines (downturned mouth corners), heavy jowls and loose jawline, drooping brows and upper eyelids, undereye bags and a sagging neck. Dr. Rad performed endoscopic brow lift with targeted frown muscle weakening, upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), facial fat grafting, deep plane face and neck lift with deep sculpting. This 30 year old woman was concerned about a fatigued appearance due to undereye bags, tear trough which created dark circles under the eyes. Dr. Rad performed lower blepharoplasty using a scarless “transconjunctival” approach (incision is hidden on the inside surface of the eyelid) and facial fat grafting to midface, tear troughs and outer cheekbones. This is a 6 month result and her face now looks so refreshed!
