This woman in her fifties was concerned about a tall forehead, drooping eyelids, undereye bags, jowls and loose jawline, sagging neck, and nasal hump. Dr. Rad performed forehead reduction (hairline lowering), upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), facial fat grafting, deep plane face and neck lift with deep sculpting, and closed (scarless) rhinoplasty.
