Chin + Jaw Reshaping

This 28 year old woman and television personality stated that her chin appeared too large for her face. She desired a more refined oval shape to balance the rest of her face. Dr. Rad performed chin reduction by wedge bone removal (osteotomy).

This 18 year young man desired nasal hump reduction, a stronger chin contour, and improved facial balance. Dr. Rad performed closed rhinoplasty/septoplasty and chin implant placement through the lower gingivolabial (inner lip) sulcus. The advantages of the “closed” rhinoplasty technique (as compared to the more common “open” technique) is there is no visible scar, very little pain, less post-operative bruising and swelling, and an overall shorter recovery period.

This 22 year old woman wanted to improve the profile of her nose and face by reducing the nasal hump and augmenting her chin. Dr. Rad performed closed rhinoplasty and chin augmentation with an implant.
