Brow + Forehead Lift

This 30 year old woman was concerned about a fatigued appearance due to undereye bags, tear trough which created dark circles under the eyes. Dr. Rad performed lower blepharoplasty using a scarless “transconjunctival” approach (incision is hidden on the inside surface of the eyelid) and facial fat grafting to midface, tear troughs and outer cheekbones. This is a 6 month result and her face now looks so refreshed!
