This 27 year old woman was bothered by a concave depression in her right tip, a downward curving shape on profile, a wide bridge and asymmetric nostrils. She wanted a more attractive, symmetric nose. Dr. Rad performed closed rhinoplasty with Dorsal Hump Reduction, tip reshaping with cartilage grafts and narrowing of middle nose.
